For Now..

I think that Fahrenheit is way way way better than F4. In terms of looks, fashion sense, hairstyles, poses, songs, etc etc. And I feel that they're more "man-ly" than F4 ehh. I compared by watching past videos of F4.

I say for now, cause I'll never know, I might change my mind about Fahrenheit in future.

Showbiz

Ok, this post is a bit nonsense one. Like alot of random thoughts..can skip skip if u want. Just wanna write all the stuff I'm thinking..haha, they keep circling around my head.

It's about entertainment..esp Taiwan one.

I suddenly got this crazy mood after watching aTaiwanese drama series I thought I'll never ever watch, Hana Kimi :P Guess who I like in the movie? haha, of course not Wu zun la. Jiro Wang..HAHA.. I cannot stand myself. Like so weirrrrrd. It's like when Fahrenheit just came out, I'm like bleh.. i don't really care. Don't even take the effort to recognise who is who.. only know that Brunei guy. Then their songs, only hear a few times, then skip always.

Then arhh.. something happened. After watching the series.. I like that gila guy lar, Jin Xiu Yi, in the series. He is so crazy.. and so funny, his expressions made me crack up numerous times. And I didn't even know he belongs to the band. And I didn't know he's the "bad-boy style" guy that I saw when I quickly glanced thru the pics of the band here and there, every now and then, when my sisters showed me. It's weird that he has a bad-boy style when in fact, he's a humourous guy. But it's good also.. sort of have two styles then.

Anyway.. eeeeee.. I'm having this weird feeling. Like I have a fan-crazy heart. U know, which reminds me of that time.. remember, during Form 5, when I got all crazy over Daniel Wu (not as much now) that he's on my mind 24/7. And I'm not kidding. It's like he's just there in my head, cannot go away one. Stuck there all the time. Like, when Shen and Glo were with me at tuition, I told them I couldn't get him off my head. Think think think, all the videos, pics replaying over and over again in my head. Feels like that lar now.. with Jiro Wang, but less than that time with Daniel wu.

Shit, I feel insane. It just takes one movie, in a few hours for me to go mad over a celebrity. It's like as if I fell in love with the character they play, sometimes, in some cases. Then I'll go into a frantic search for their videos, pics, biodata. That happened for Step Up's Channing Tatum and a bit with Fantastic Four's Chris Evans.

Anyway, there's another thing. U know Ella is in Hana Kimi right, I think her acting is so funny too. Like she's a bit dumb2, always expose her identity without herself knowing it. Anyway, now that I've seen her on-screen like 10X more than the other two S.H.E. girls, I have such a different perception of her already. I used to think she's tomboy and all, not girlish at all. Now it's all changed. She does have a feminine side lar.. just less than average girls. And now, when I watch any of the S.H.E. videos, I look at her more than I look at Hebe, which is what I usually do. It's like I've known her better than the other two already (not really know her la.. like see her personality).

Ok, so erm, I was thinking of all these last night, then I realise that soon, I will feel that my hype over these things will soon fade away. It usually does. And I would feel so silly. That happened with F4. I mean I don't deny that I used to like them.. and I remember I couldn't quite decide who I liked most cause got different perceptions of each of them in movies and in their singing. But anyway.. after a few years, when they disbanded, of course I felt like it was so silly to like them.. and then EVERYONE started calling them gay, even those ppl who used to like them. Well, I did too. But anyway, the point is I know one day, when they hype is over, I'll feel very very very silly and dumb to be so into a band/singer.

Suddenly, in 6 hours, I have already watched all of Fahrenheit's music videos and got to know and liked their songs, eventhough their vocals, like F4, suck. Watched all the little short videos and entertainment news about them on Youtube. And then, I'm planning to watch KO One, another drama series where Jiro is the lead :P aiyerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.. I'm craazzzzzzeeeeeeeeee!

I think I can't accept the fact that I kinda like Fahrenheit lar..apa lar man.

Reason why I like that guy is because:

1) Already said this, he makes funny expressions
2) He got this Japanese look, eventhough he's not. I dunno why this is a reason, not like I like Japs.
3) He looks damn cool in pictures. He purposely pose cool one.. can see. Sometimes overdo, but it's alright~
4) He is a funny guy in reality, so that's extra points..wooOOt
5) He seems to be a lot more stylish than the others (heard that he was in fashion designing before)
6) I like his funky hair. His hair suits him a lot.. as in, in Hana Kimi not in KO One. He looks nicer with blond hair and like all coming out

Now, I talk about songs. If a song is a movie theme, would u think of the movie when u hear the song? For me, I will. Reminds me so much of the movie, I actually feel sad that the movie has ended. Scenes will then float past me.

I like it when some songs seem so heart-warming and so touching. I feel very "gan dong" when I hear them. Even when I listen to them how many times, still have that feel. Like Tank's "fei ni mo shu", "gei wo ni de ai" and "zhuan su tien she"

I also kinda like the senior guy in Hana Kimi, Liang Si Nan, real name: Danson Tang.

I'm turning into my mom. But she's more into other Taiwanese guys that I'm not interested in, but same hype lar..haha

ALOT OF NONSENSE AH..

Harry Potter mania

HAHA, wooo.. I just got home from watching Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix!! And I really love this one a lot better than all the others. So much more magic!

Last time, I always wonder which Harry Potter movie is my favorite. Initially, I liked the first one and didn't really like the second one. Then only after I rewatched the 3rd one, then only I liked that as well. Fourth, don't really like. Then NOW, I love the fifth one, I think it's the BEST! Haha, I bet a lot of people wouldn't really agree with me :P

I was expecting a lot of scenes with Cho Chang..but neh.. not much. Just a few times here and there.

Anyway.. I read these from the Yahoo homepage..and found the text very funny, like it made me smile and laugh at the way they're writing it(Potterly of months) and what they're saying (esp the whole craze abt Harry Potter and stuff abt the boys/girls).

"In this most Potterly of Months, true fans have been reading up on their books, digging for spoilers, playing the games, brushing up on their lexicon, and dressing the part.

Admittedly, "The Transformers" have wrested control of the summer movie Buzz thus far, with more than double the searches of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." We attribute that to mostly boys with their toys—the females remain faithful in monitoring Harry's cinematic return."

Well, that's quite true. haha, with the book and movie out in the same month.. what a very Potterly month! But I don't read the books (shame on me!! can throw stones at me now...haha). I just watch the movies. And I realise that I always attempt to read each book, but somehow stopped at maybe 1/8 or 1/10 of the book from the beginning. Sigh. I'm very lazy, I know.

Daniel Radcliffe seems to look very very old lar. Like so not cute boy look anymore. Esp in this movie. Emma Watson and Rupert Grint look the same. Anyway.. I'll stop here or else I'll be analysing each character one by one.

Blogging before bed

Weather these two days got better. Instead of sleeping till late afternoons and doing unproductive things till I go to bed at night, I purposely woke up early yesterday to go to the market to buy groceries. haha.. what a housewife-y thing to do. No choice :S

Then today.. woke up at 9 am.. so very differnt from normal time. I usually wake up at 3-4 pm aye.. very big change. Then surf net for like 3 hours. hahaha, very unproductive. So I went to settle some stuff... instead of taking tram.. I walked all the way to Singapore Airlines to book a flight seat home (for the end of the year come back lar). If I don't do that early, I'll definitely not be able to get a seat by october/november.

I am very very keen to go to Singapore during year-end/beginning of next year. It's like I never really explored Singapore at all. Everytime I go there, it's always for transits and we always only go to Orchard Road. Wanna go to other shopping centres other than those along that road and also wanna go to special places to eat ( u know like places where they say must try this at blablabla and try that at blablabla). Bad thing is I don't have any relatives in Singapore, so have to stay in the hotel and u know.. all those expensive travel fees which increase with the no. of days u spend there. I'll see how.. haha still young.. lots more time in future to explore Singapore.

Blog arh u all two... I barely know what's going on in Brunei. Heard that Justoys is gonna become a food court is it? haha then we'll have more food choices. yays (if that info is true). Wanna try Dream Cones' gelato. I used to eat gelato like crazy last year. Always crave for it, then go buy. Especially mango and green tea flavour. But now.. don't have that mood anymore. Only ate like twice since I got back this year. Wanna try the teh tarik flavour in Brunei.

I miss piano lessons lar. Like soooooo nice to be guided to play a piece. I don't have to struggle to figure out how the piece sounds like and can get corrected wherever I went wrong. But anyway.. didn't touch any piano this year.. last year once in a while still got. This year is like no time at all anyway. And I expected that. Didn't bring back any music sheet even. Left them all at home in Brunei.

Cooked butter milk chicken (wet style) just now for the first time. Not bad I shall say.. but too thick the sauce. so too creamy. But smells and tastes quite real. So i'm quite satisfied. And guess where I got the recipe from? One of ur MD teachers who cooks and posts her recipes on her blog. haha if u ask me now, I don't remmeber who's that already and dunno whose blog's links I clicked from.

I love Johnny Depp.. have a poster of him on my room's wall. haha

Do you know I'm still very into Daniel Wu? hehe. Still reading his blog religiously. And watching his movies every time it comes out. And trying to dig out all his old movies from anywhere possible so that I complete watching all the movies that he's ever acted in. Even though if it's for a few seconds.. haha I watch those parts as well. There was once, because of him, I wish I lived in Hong Kong.

Anyway..there's always this thing in me, like I wish I grew up in HongKong, for no reason at all. I wish I'm living there in HK even nowadays, I mean like I thought of it every now and then. These feelings heighten when I start a TVB drama series marathon ( I don't have constant Astro to watch them, have to download and watch). Like I wish I'm walking those streets and eating their food and speaking their language. Maybe, I'll even meet a few stars :P hahah I'm weird. Eventhough I listen to more songs from Taiwan than from HK, I have no wishes to live in Taiwan. Well, maybe a holiday there would be nice. But not to live there.

Thinking of the working environment gives me a different feel. I've got no plans to migrate there. I wouldn't want to work in HK after I graduate. That's the problem, like eventhough I like HK, I just don't wanna live my adult life there (adults' life=working). Cause I feel it would be difficult there. And may have to work extra harder..somehow. That's why I wish I grew up there. Australia, I feel, gives a better working environment.

Feeling very cold these days...

Instead of dry winter, we get wet winter. It's been raining so much, almost everyday..which is very annoying. It rained maybe like 10 times more than it did last year. I remember that last year, it rained less than 5 times. Brrr... it's cold, an average of 7-8 degrees nowadays. But not THAT cold to have snow.

Gonna enjoy holidays till 22nd June. And it's really bad on my job seeking. I submitted 20 resumes to different shops and none of these employers has called me. This is what you get when u have no work experience. Sucks big time. Gonna give out maybe 10 more resumes to other places soon.

These two martini glasses are supposed to imitate cymbals

and these knifes = piano

I love shoes like these ones down here. They're espadrilles. Can't seem to find something that look like these around Melbourne. Tell me if u see something like this anywhere else.

Saw some obscene cactus plants in their pots at the market some weeks ago.

haha, this is obscene right? Imagine putting this in a house with kids. So weird.

Then this is even worst.

I want flat abs. Which means have to do sit-ups or something equivalent everyday..hehe been doing that. Hope I keep up and don't slack or else I'll still have my flabby tummy with me forever. And my flabby arms- doing dumbbell lifts. But not the "guy" way...which is stressing on the biceps. My way of using the dumbbell is like straining the triceps & not the biceps. Don't wanna have bicep muscles like Mr. World contestants.

Been going for Hip-hop dance classes which are quite fun. Like u learn a whole set of new moves every class. So it doesn't matter if u miss any one of the classes. Can just go when u feel like it without worrying abt missing any steps taught in missed classes.

Any good movies to introduce to me? Even if they're ages ago. Like classic must-watch good movies. Cause I wanna download them. hehe.

I keep getting bruises ( "o cheh") nowadays. Walk here, bang, hit my leg, then bruise, then walk there, bang, another bruise on my leg. Ouchies, pain!

Bought these cables where you can connect your laptop to the TV. Very fun! Can watch stuff from the computer on the TV directly. So bigger screen, better to watch. Can't buy any pirated DVDs here anyway :-(

Need to explore Melbourne more. I wanna go for this exhibition where they showcase PIXAR Studio's creations. And maybe drawings or something. Like how they create the characters in Finding Nemo, The Toy Story, Monsters, Inc., The Incredibles, etc etc. Passed by the place the other day and saw this huge statue of the 'lamp' outside the building, a lot larger than me definitely. That famous lamp that always appears before any of their movies. Always jumping around. hehe

Ok, off I go to watch some TV shows.
